All is Vanity
I came to work this morning to find out that a co-worker of mine was killed on December 31st in a motorcycle accident. How horribly sad.I have been studying Ecclesiastes and it is now even more obvious to me how to apply this to my life. We are here on earth for this short time. And to be "happy in our activities" is our lot. I know today, more than yesterday, that it is emensely important to be serving God every day and doing everything in order to glorify Him and further His kingdom. We will be blessed for this. And afterall, we will be eternally in His kingdom after this life is done.
I pray now for the family of this lovely woman and husband. I pray not only for their comfort but also for their salvation. Lord please carry them through this and show them that You are here.
